The Hawaiian shotgun was a primitive firearm made for hunting great white sharks. Oh wait just kidding. It’s a modern drinking technique that combines a little bit of ingenuity, a straw and a bottle of beer.

We’ve all been in that situation at a party, barbecue or AA meeting where for some reason, everyone decided to go classy and brought bottled beers. That’s fine and dandy till you have the sudden overpowering urge to shotgun a beer and the only thing stopping you is a mouthful of broken glass.

Drunkt has the perfect solution for you guys. It only requires 1 extra piece of easy to find equipment: a bendy straw. To perform the Hawaiin Shotgun simply bend the straw into a “J” and insert into the beer. Seal your lips on (or all the way down, depending on how gay you are) the rim of the bottle making sure there is no room for beer loss. Bottoms up and pound that beer! The miracle of atmospheric pressure and gravity will transfer that beer from that bottle into your stomach is 3.5 seconds flat.

The Hawaiian shotgun is a multipurpose tool; bring a bendy straw to any venue that sells long neck beers and you will be a belligerent mess in no time! Great for baseball games, weddings, birthday parties, children’s birthday parties and drinking alone in your room by yourself!
