Who knows, but it’s that time of the year, to bust your favorite costume, rip it into half  and make it sexier than it originally was.  Every year an average american spends 7.8 hours on average pondering upon which outfit to wear (i’m just fucking with you, i made that up) but here’s some ideas for the ladies on what oufit is a must, not a bust!
